Jedi Cycle Sport Limited Warranty

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Jedi Cycle Sport by the original owner.

1. Warranty Period:
   - Frames: 3 years
   - Wheelsets: Rim (2 Years) Hub (1 Year)
   - Accessories: 1 year

2. Scope of Warranty:
   Under this warranty, Jedi Cycle Sport will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective parts with those of equal or greater value. If an identical replacement is unavailable, we will offer the closest alternative.

3. Exclusions:
   This warranty does not cover:
   - Normal wear and tear
   - Damage from accidents, misuse, or negligence
   - Consumable components (e.g., brake pads, spokes, rim tapes, bearings)
   - Use outside the product's intended purpose
   - Improper installation or maintenance by unauthorised persons
   - Use with incompatible third-party products

4. Limitations:
   - Jedi Cycle Sport's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts.
   - We are not responsible for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages.
   - Any additional work required for warranty repairs will be charged at standard rates.

5. Consumer Rights:
   This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, which remain unaffected.

6. Claims Process:
   To make a warranty claim, please contact Jedi Cycle Sport with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

7. Transferability:
   This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
